In 2014 we were asked to oversee certain aspects of due diligence for the purchase of the FDC (fonds de commerce) of this well known lively ski resort establishment. Then we completed the initial turn key stages and conceptualisation of the venue and its offerings. We continue to manage the administration and provide consultancy backdrop for the management team as well as providing the liaison with the owners who are currently based overseas.
